    Processing Time

    All orders undergo quality verification within 4–7 business days. Due to the technical nature of our products (featuring embedded sensors and smart fabrics), this extended period ensures each item meets our performance standards. During product launch periods or holiday seasons, processing may extend to 10 business days. You'll receive real-time email updates if your order requires additional testing.


    Shipping Time

    Domestic shipments (U.S.) require 8–15 business days after processing. International deliveries (Canada/UK/EU/Australia) take 12–25 business days, accounting for specialized customs clearance of electronic components. Remote locations may experience additional 3–5 day transit times due to limited carrier routes for tech-regulated shipments.

    We currently ship to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union nations, Australia, Japan, and South Korea. Certain regions with tech import restrictions may be excluded - check your cart page for eligibility.

    Expedited Delivery

    Tech Priority Handling

    Expedited orders receive dedicated tech-packaging teams who specialize in handling sensitive wearable electronics. This includes anti-static wrapping and climate-controlled transit options for temperature-sensitive components.

    Service Limitations

    Not available for: (1) Custom-configured devices, (2) International shipments exceeding 2kg (due to aviation safety regulations), or (3) During firmware update periods when all units require extended QA testing.


    International Tech Compliance

    Some countries regulate wearable tech as medical devices. While we pre-clear all necessary certifications (FCC/CE/RoHS), local authorities may require additional inspection. Any resulting fees (typically 5-15% of product value) are the customer's responsibility. Unclaimed packages will be held for 30 days before return, incurring a 25% restocking fee due to battery disposal regulations.


    Signature Requirements

    All orders over $150 and all international shipments require adult signature confirmation. This security measure protects your investment in advanced wearable technology. Three delivery attempts will be made before return processing begins.


    Tech Support Transit Protection

    If your device requires recalibration after shipping (indicated by flashing status lights), contact our engineers at [email protected] for remote diagnostics. Most transit-related issues can be resolved via firmware reset without return.


    Return Shipping Protocol

    Returns of functional tech wear require specialized shipping labels (provided by us) to ensure proper battery transport compliance. Do not use standard postal services - improper handling may void your warranty. Our 21-day return window gives you adequate testing time for all smart features.
